We make every effort to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. However, the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display will be accurate. All dimensions and weights are approximate. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted. All sculptures are hand-finished, and natural variations in materials such as stone, resin, and bronze are to be expected. These variations are not defects but part of the unique character of the product.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Pound Sterling (£) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) at the prevailing rate where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product will be the price advertised on the website at the time the order is placed. While we take care to ensure prices are accurate, in the event of a serious pricing error we reserve the right to cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept payment via most major credit and debit cards.

4. Orders and Acceptance
The placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We will confirm acceptance of your order by sending you an order confirmation email. This email forms a legally binding contract between you and us. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason at our sole discretion.

5. Delivery
Delivery charges and estimated timeframes are provided during the checkout process and in your order confirmation. These timeframes are estimates only and commence from the date of order confirmation. We are not liable for any delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, carrier delays, or supplier issues. Please inspect your goods upon delivery. Any damage or shortages must be reported to us and the delivery carrier immediately, and noted on the carrier’s delivery documentation.

6. Risk and Title
Risk of damage to or loss of the products passes to you at the moment of physical delivery to the address you provided. Title (ownership) of the products passes to you once we have received payment in full.

7. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds (Distance Selling)
If you are a consumer located in the United Kingdom or European Union, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the products, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel within this 14-day period. You must return the products to us, unused and in their original packaging, at your own cost, within 14 days of informing us of your cancellation. We will refund the purchase price (excluding the original delivery cost) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back, using the same payment method you used for the order. This right does not apply to products made to your specification or which have been personalised.

8. Faulty Goods and Warranty
We guarantee that our products will be free from material defects in manufacture for a period of 12 months from the date of delivery. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We will, at our option, repair, replace, or refund the price of any product proven to be defective. This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Limitations of Liability
Our total liability to you, for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the products, shall be limited to the purchase price of the relevant products. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss, including loss of profit, revenue, or business opportunity. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorist attack, industrial disputes, fire, flood, storm, epidemic, pandemic, or government action.
